When I visited South Moon Under to style a few looks for my popnod campaign, I knew I wanted to use my favorite destinations as inspiration. My ideal outfit for Thailand includes a long flowy skirt because it can get insanely hot. I spotted this adorable pineapple print number with a high slit and knew it was perfect – not only was it light and airy, it reminded me of the fruit vendors selling pineapple, mango and watermelon along the roads in Thailand. Although the pineapples are pastel, I opted for a bright crop tank in the same shade of red as the hot Thai chilies that are set out on every table.
If you haven’t signed up to support my cause yet, you can make a difference in just three easy steps: just sign up, click “Support This Campaign” and shop. You can purchase the outfit I’m wearing or pick your own favorites. You don’t have to buy anything, however once the discount codes are unlocked I can’t promise you will be able to resist the urge to buy! Need more information, you can read more about this fundraising campaign here.
One I love your skirt, two I am so very envious that you got that up close with an elephant. I can’t wait to make my way to Thailand, the wait is killing me. You’re making me envious!
Thanks Alexandria, I really love this skirt too especially with the little pineapple detail! And visiting the Elephant Nature Park was definitely the highlight of my visit. You should really try to visit it when you go!
This makes we want to visit Thailand so much! Love all the bright colors!! 🙂
Creating this post gave me a serious case of nostalgia. I really want to go back, it’s just so amazing!
I’d love to make it one day to the beautiful Thailand!
It’s definitely worth a visit!
