Maggie
Last year, Maggie and I (who have birthdays 1 week apart) wrote our 24 for 24 lists separately and then compared when we were done. Since we were roommates living in the same city, we figured the less overlap we had, the more fun we would each get to participate in. Since we are living halfway across the world from each other this year, we compiled our ideas and finished our 25 for 25 lists together. You will notice some obvious similarities here 🙂 It’ll be fun to accomplish some of the same things while living in separate parts of the world!!

Seth
One sweet reader, and friend of my sister’s, has been working on a list since last October. What started as a small to do list has turned into a huge bucket list of goals. I’ll let Seth do a little explaining himself:
“I’m obsessed with lists. They help me organize my thoughts, structure my life and make me feel good when I can check things off even if its just remembering to grab milk. My first list I ever made was when I was in 3rd grade, it was 4 things: Go skydiving, Visit England, Go on a Safari in Africa, and Explore the Amazon River. High bar to set.
Getting older, going to college, entering the workforce, my lists transitioned from doing things to watching movies, watching shows, buying items and eventually I stopped making lists completely. I turned a new page of my life when I moved to Washington D.C. three years ago and decided to revamp the lists again, this time with concerts and festivals and smaller self improving goals (try doing stand-up, volunteer, etc.), the future was beginning to look brighter.
On my 26th birthday last year I made the pledge to give up alcohol for one whole year, a hard reset life button. Over the course of the next month I proceeded to do everything on my to-list for the upcoming year, my productively level and personal funds had spiked astronomically. I suddenly realized I needed to sit down and make a bigger list, a better list, an anything is possible so lets go for it list.
And that’s how the 2015 to do list was created. The list is hectic and all over the place, ranging from personal loves (comedy), to physical challenges (running), to facing fears (heights and needles), to visiting friends, to exploring literal wonders of the world. Most of this list will take me awhile to complete, and I am constantly adding to it with no cut-off in sight, but for me its clear directions on the life I want to live and all the adventures that come with it!”
